About our Agency:
I began my career with State Farm in 2015 as a sales team member and opened my agency in Freeburg in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown into a team of five and are continuing to expand.

I grew up in the Mascoutah School District and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. I take pride in serving the same community that helped shape me.

Position Overview: 
Cassie Erschen State Farm Insurance Agency, an innovative and dynamic force in the insurance industry, is on the lookout for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our team as an Insurance Sales Account Representative. If you're a go-getter with a knack for building relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in insurance sales with a forward-thinking company.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
